Do You Want to Work with Competency-Based Recruitment in a Large and Societally Important Organization?

We are now looking for an experienced recruiter for a consulting assignment with one of our clients! You will be employed by Poolia but assigned to our client in central Stockholm. The assignment runs from April 28, 2025, to April 24, 2026, with the possibility of remote work up to 50% by agreement.

About the Position

As a recruiter, you will drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish, using a consultative approach and competency-based methodology. You will work independently but in close collaboration with hiring managers and an engaged recruitment team.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Driving recruitment processes according to competency-based methodology, from requirement profile to employment.
• Conducting candidate searches via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Using tests (MAP and Matrigma) as part of the selection process.
• Supporting and advising hiring managers in the recruitment process.
• Contributing to the development of recruitment processes and methods.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role has an extra focus on recruitment for project activities, where you will recruit for roles such as project manager, project leader, and technical expert.

Who Are You?

To succeed in this role, we see that you are an experienced and independent recruiter with a documented background in competency-based recruitment. You are results-oriented, structured, and have the ability to build trusting relationships with both candidates and managers.

Mandatory Requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experience as a recruiter/TA.
• At least 2 years of experience in an internal recruitment function in an organization with 500+ employees.
• At least 3 years of practical experience with the entire recruitment process, including search.
• At least 3 years of experience independently driving competency-based recruitment processes with tests in the selection.
• At least 3 years of experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and search.
• Certified test user in Assessio's tests MAP & Matrigma (must be completed before the start of the assignment).

Desirable Experience:

• At least 5 years of documented experience in recruitment within an internal recruitment function in a large organization.
• Higher education in HR, recruitment, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in conducting workshops/training in recruitment for managers.
